Ribbon Harmonious Healing
For Comfort: For comfort, if you're having trouble falling asleep, try a small snack of carbohydrate-rich food. Warm milk may work for the psychological comfort, but also because milk contains a moderate amount of carbohydrates in the form of lactose (milk sugar).

For Rejuvenation: For rejuvenation, remove socks and shoes then wiggle your toes and feet in the grass.

For Relaxation: For relaxation, lie down flat and place a pair of chilled tablespoons over your eyes to reduce puffiness.

It Comes From Within: "I was always looking outside myself for the strength and confidence, but it comes from within. It is there all the time."
- Anna Freud
